A flavourful feast 

The inaugural Feast of Flavours took place at Huber Hall Annex, Interurban Campus in April 2025. This exquisite five-course, locally inspired dinner, complete with cocktail/mocktail and wine pairings, was expertly crafted by our talented Culinary Arts students. Guests enjoyed live music, and the opportunity to participate in a “foodie” auction. These talented students will take immense pride in showcasing their skills, and for many, this was their first experience participating in an event of this calibre. 

The 2nd Annual Feast of Flavours is scheduled for Friday, April 10, 2026.

Funds raised from Feast of Flavours will directly support student opportunities, ensuring they have access to:

• Professional Development – Attendance at events such as the annual Chef’s Federation Conference, where students can network with industry leaders, learn from top chefs, and gain exposure to cutting-edge culinary trends.
